EVANSVILLE, IN--(Marketwire -03/05/12)- Escalade, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESCA - News) announced that its Board of Directors authorized the payment of dividends of seven cents ($0.07) per share payable April 16, 2012, to all shareholders of record on April 6, 2012.
Additionally, the Board of Directors declared its intention to consider paying dividends on a quarterly basis in the future. These future dividend payments will be determined and declared at the Board's discretion.
