The Euro Is Surging As Mario Draghi Speaks

The euro is surging against the U.S. dollar after ECB President Mario Draghi revealed at the ongoing ECB press conference that the decision to leave interest rates on hold was unanimous.

Right now, it has advanced to a level around 1.3190 from around 1.31:

Bloomberg just reported that the euro just hit its highest level against the Japanese yen since July 2011.
