Eurotex Finanz Inc. Announces New Chief Executive Officer and Director

TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS--(Marketwire - Dec. 30, 2011) - Eurotex Finanz Inc. (www.eurotexfinanz.com) announces that James Timothy White, current CEO and Director will not be renewing his employment contract with the company when it expires on December 31, 2011 at 11:59PM.

Mr. J.P. Fernandes, Esq., will be promoted from General Counsel to Director and CEO of the company following the departure of James Timothy White. Mr. Fernandes is an experienced transactional and commercial attorney who counsels businesses on a wide array of organizational questions and planning issues including shareholder, contract, corporate finance and private placements of debt and equity as well as buying or selling businesses. Mr. Fernandes is licensed by the Wisconsin State and Federal Bars and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin; the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Court of International Trade (Customs Court Located in New York, New York). At 33 he was one of the youngest attorneys to appear before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. J.P. Fernandes graduated from Lawrence University and in the top of his law school class at Marquette University in 1997.
