Facebook loses court battle over privacy

Today, we discuss elevator music at McDonald's, a Facebook privacy defeat, and why top credit ratings don't matter.

Stocks are under pressure at midday, as the major U.S. indices (^DJI^GSPC^IXIC^RUT) are on course for the second straight weekly decline. Utilities (XLU) are getting hit the hardest, while energy (XLE) and materials (XLB) are trying to stay in the green. Keith Bliss joins us live from the New York Stock Exchange for more on the markets.

Lovin' the Musak
McDonald's and "Soundtrack Your Brand" are partnering up to bring elevator music to 36,000 restaurants worldwide. Spotify owns a third of "Soundtrack Your Brand," and will make around $17 million annually.

Facebook lawsuit continues
A judge will continue the case of an Illinois group that says Facebook violated their privacy. The suit claims Facebook unlawfully collected and stored users' facial characteristics from pictures. 

Top credit rating status
Fewer and fewer companies now have the honor of a AAA credit rating. Only two companies still do, but one big-time analyst says it's not a big deal anymore.
