WARRENTON, Va., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (FBSS) recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2013 and will be payable on July 1, 2013. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.
Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Fauquier Bank, had combined assets of $596.8 million and total shareholders' equity of $48.2 million at March 31, 2013.
