Fibrocell Science, Inc. (NYSE MKT:FCSC), an autologous cell therapy company primarily focused on developing innovative products for skin diseases and conditions, today announced that it has completed its previously announced underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $4.10 per share. The net proceeds to the company, after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately $42.1 million.
Barclays is acting as sole book running manager and representative of the underwriters for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences and Griffin Securities are acting as co-managers for the offering.
