American Express Co. fell $.13 or .2 percent, to $68.28.
Capital One Financial Corp. fell $.43 or .7 percent, to $57.35.
Discover Financial Services rose $.11 or .3 percent, to $43.85.
Mastercard fell $13.11 or 2.4 percent, to $539.82.
Visa Inc. fell $2.44 or 1.4 percent, to $166.02.
