ACE L fell $.46 or .5 percent, to $91.65.
Aflac Inc. rose $.92 or 1.7 percent, to $55.24.
American International Group rose $.32 or .7 percent, to $45.23.
MBIA rose $.08 or .5 percent, to $15.35.
MGIC Investments Corp. rose $.11 or 1.8 percent, to $6.07.
MetLife rose $.71 or 1.7 percent, to $43.28.
XL Group PLC fell $.21 or .6 percent, to $32.45.
