Comcast Corp. fell $1.12 or 2.6 percent, to $41.52.
Walt Disney Co. fell $.46 or .7 percent, to $66.12.
Gannett rose $.19 or .9 percent, to $21.75.
New York Times Co. rose $.07 or .7 percent, to $10.02.
News Corp. fell $.18 or .5 percent, to $33.17.
Time Warner Inc. fell $.64 or 1.1 percent, to $60.07.
Viacom Inc. fell $.70 or 1.0 percent, to $69.69.
