NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of some top oil companies were mixed at the close of trading:
BP PLC rose $.45 or 1.0 percent, to $43.73.
Chevron rose $.47 or .4 percent, to $125.40.
ConocoPhillips rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $62.79.
Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.40 or .4 percent, to $91.79.
Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.16 or .5 percent, to $35.23.
