Fitch Withdraws Short-Term Rating on Mecklenburg County (NC) 2006 Bonds

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Fitch Ratings withdraws its 'F1' short-term rating on the following bond:

--Mecklenburg County (NC) (2006 Mecklenburg County) variable-rate certificates of participation series 2006.

The short-term rating withdrawal is in connection with the conversion of the bonds from the weekly rate to the bank-bought index floating rate and termination of the standby bond purchase agreement supporting the bonds.
