Former FDA chief says J&J broke law promoting Risperdal, Philly Inquirer says

David Kessler, the former commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration, said that Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) broke the law in marketing its antipsychotic drug Risperdal for use in children and teens, reported the Philadelphia Inquirer's PhillyPharma blog, citing court documents.
