On the other hand, the acquisition significantly enhances FTI Consulting’s corporate finance and restructuring services in Australia by integrating the senior executives of Taylor Woodings, including some 80 professionals and 9 managing directors. The expanded network in Australia with an experienced team is expected to reap synergistic benefits for both the companies.
