The 2.2 version includes a streamlined set-up process making it easier and faster for consumers to get into the app and start searching for homes. Consumers can also share properties they find to their favorite social networks.

For professional real estate users, the 2.2 version includes expanded options to connect with consumers via social networks. The new version also has an enhanced iPad experience and improved graphics for all users.

Property Seeker provides consumers instant access to homes for sale on behalf of their local real estate agent. Professional users can easily invite their clients to use the app and share listings their clients will like, monitor their search activity and provide better service.

The company released a 2.0 version of the iOS app last month, February 2014 and will release the android version in April 2014. Property Seeker 2.2 is available now in the Apple store under GainClients, SikkU or Property Seeker.
