Deutsche Bank believes Gaming and Leisure Properties (GLPI) could pay $15.80 per share to acquire Isle of Capri (ISLE). The firm says that while a sale leaseback is a possibility, an outright sale of Isle of Capri seems more likely. It believes the possible deal makes sense and keeps a Buy rating on Gaming and Leisure with a $43 price target. Before the close, Reuters reported that both companies have renewed merger talks.
