ELLISVILLE, Miss. (AP) -- General Electric Co. is seeking to hire another round of workers at its Ellisville aviation composites factory.
The company, which currently has 50 employees there, is hiring batches of 10 to 15 workers every few months with plans to eventually employ 250.
Spokeswoman Kelly Walsh said Monday that more than 700 people applied the last time for a job at the plant.
Applications will be accepted beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday. People can apply online, or in person at a state WIN Job Center.
Unsuccessful applicants from Nov. 2012 are not eligible, the company says, because they must wait a year before reapplying.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency degree and the ability to operate manufacturing machinery and work with their hands.
