General Dynamics has been awarded a contract to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Tactical Communications Equipment and Services program. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a potential value of $3B to all 30 awardees over five years, if all options are exercised.
