WASHINGTON (AP) -- A glance at President Barack Obama's estimate of total revenues, outlays, deficit and debt in the budget he submitted to Congress on Monday for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1. All totals are in trillions of dollars.

    What happened to his assertion a few years ago that if he couldn't at least cut the deficit in half in his first four years, he would be a one term President? Seems he went back on that, so let's not believe anything else, shall we?
