Glass, Lewis to Sprint investors: Abstain on Softbank vote, WSJ reports

Proxy-advisory firm Glass, Lewis & Co. urged Sprint Nextel (S) investors to abstain from voting on the wireless operator's $20.1B acquisition by SoftBank (S) on June 12 until Sprint's board makes clear its view of a rival $25.5B takeover proposal from Dish Network (DISH), reports the Wall Street Journal.
