GM executives meet in Germany to approve factory closure, Reuters reports

In Frankfurt, executives from GM (GM) who sit on the board of its European brand Opel are meeting today to approve the first closure of a German car factory in decades, reports Reuters. As part of a comprehensive turnaround plan, Opel will stop producing Zafira MPVs at its Bochum plant by the end of next year.
