GoDaddy (FB) Q3 Results: Beats on Earnings and Revenue

GoDaddy Inc (FB) is a company that designs and develops cloud-based technology products for individuals, small businesses, and web design professional; products include domain, hosting, presence, and business applications. GoDaddy was launched in 1997 and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Currently, GoDaddy has a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold), but it is subject to change following the release of the company’s latest earnings report. We have highlighted some of the key statistics from this just announced report below.

GoDaddy:

1. Beats earnings estimates. The company posted $-0.04 EPS, beating our Zacks Consensus Estimate of $-0.09.

2. Beat revenue estimates. The company saw revenue figures of $411.1 million, up 15.2% year-over-year, beating our estimate of $408 million.

3. Posted unlevered free cash flow of $79.7 million, an increase of 40.6% year over year.
 
4. Said that “Our third quarter results demonstrate that consistent execution against our strategy yields positive results for our shareholders. We're growing revenue across all of our business lines by delivering products and services that meet the needs of our customers globally. With 15% revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA up over 22% in the quarter, our combination of products, technology and care will continue to differentiate us and produce strong financial results."

5. GDDY was up $0.01, or 0.04%, to $27.44 as of 6:00 PM ET in after hours trading shortly after its earnings report was released.
