Google catering to copyrights as content distribution expands, WSJ says

As Google (GOOG) moves to become a major seller and distributor of professional video and music content to compete with the likes of Apple (AAPL) and Amazon (AMZN), the company said it will begin to penalize websites suspected of improperly posting copyrighted material, reports the Wall Street Journal.
