Mobile phone maker Motorola Mobility, owned by Google (GOOG), won a victory against software giant Microsoft (MSFT) in a patent case before a German court Fri. The court ruled that Motorola Mobility didn't infringe a Microsoft patent that lets apps work on different handsets. Microsoft earlier won 3 patent cases against Motorola in Germany. Google shares fell 0.1% to 767.65. Microsoft fell 0.6% to 29.85.
