GP Strategies expands in Canada, scooping up rival Prospero Learning Solutions

ELKRIDGE, Md. (AP) -- GP Strategies Corp. said Wednesday that it bought Prospero Learning Solutions, a smaller rival based in Canada.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.
