Grain futures rose, pork prices fall

Wheat, corn, oat and soybean futures rise on the CBOT; pork prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures rose Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery rose 17.5 cents to $7.235 a bushel; July corn rose 15.75 cents to $6.4875 a bushel; July oats added 4.25 cents to $3.825 a bushel; while July soybeans rose 18 cents to $14.0875 a bushel.

Beef futures rose, while pork prices fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle rose 0.35 cent to $1.2055 a pound; May feeder cattle rose 0.15 cent to $1.3575 a pound; June lean hogs fell 1.20 cent to 90.57 cents a pound.
