Grain mostly higher, livestock higher

Corn,oats and soybeans gained and wheat fell on the CBOT; beef and pork higher on the CME.

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain futures were mostly higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 2.75 cents to $6.15 a bushel; March corn was 4.25 cents higher at 4.5575 a bushel; March oats gained 20 cents to $5.03 a bushel; while March soybeans advanced 12.50 cents to $13.99 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was 1.18 cents higher $1.4240 a pound; March feeder cattle was .87 cent higher at $1.7107 a pound; while April lean hogs rose 1.32 cents to $1.0057 a pound.
