CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain futures were mostly higher in early trading Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery gained 2.25 cents to $501.00 a bushel; December corn was 4.50 cent higher at $381.60 a bushel; December oats were 1.50 cent lower at $2.36 bushel; while November soybeans higher .50 cents to 9.05 cents a bushel.
Beef lower and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle was .90 cent lower at $1.4650 a pound; October feeder cattle was 1.68 cent lower at $2.0540 a pound; October lean hogs lost .58 cent to $.6555 a pound.
