Gray Television buys KSNB station for $1.25M, company will own 3 TV stations in Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- Gray Television is acquiring KSNB in central Nebraska for $1.25 million.

The deal will give the Atlanta-based company three stations in Nebraska. Gray already owns KOLN in Lincoln and WOWT in Omaha.

Gray says it plans to re-launch KSNB as 10/11 Central Nebraska around April 1. The station had been owned by Colins Broadcasting of Visalia, Calif.

The station will offer two evening newscasts focused on central Nebraska. Other local programming will include shows produced by KOLN such as 10/11 PrepZone Weekly and Star City Buzz.

The rest of the programming will be syndicated shows on MyTV, such as Monk, House, 30 Rock and Frasier.
