OAK BROOK, Ill. (AP) -- Dredging and demolitions services company Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corp. said Friday that William Steckel has been appointed chief financial officer. He starts that job on Monday.
Company President Bruce Biemel, who also was CFO for the last two years, will remain president and chief operating officer. CEO Jonathan Burger said he and Biemek agreed the company needed a dedicated CFO.
