ATHENS, Greece (AP) -- Police say seven people have been detained following an anti-austerity protest outside the German embassy in central Athens.
The protesters were detained Friday after eggs were thrown at the building.
Greek President Karolos Papoulias this week publicly criticized German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble over comments he made in a radio interview appearing critical of Greek politicians as talks continue between the crisis-hit country and eurozone partners for a second major bailout deal.
