Green Star Products 2012 Business Outlook

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire -01/12/12)- Today, Mr. Joseph LaStella, President of Green Star Products, Inc. (Pinksheets: GSPI.PK - News), announced the Company's progress for 2011 and the outlook for the New Year.

Mr. LaStella stated: "Like many other companies, Green Star has been affected by adverse global economic conditions. Therefore, early in 2011 Green Star announced a new business strategy to create greater revenue for the company."

To this end, Green Star expanded its existing product line and engineering capabilities. GSPI formed relationships with high tech companies to represent their closely related green technologies in many foreign countries including China.

In 2011, GSPI concentrated on providing new product testing and certifications in the USA and globally, building a stronger foundation for GSPI to move into global markets in 2012.

The premier debut of the Italian Gun Grease (IGG) lubricant line of products (manufactured by Green Star Products) will be showcased on January 17, 2012, at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas at the Shot Show. There will be several different distribution companies displaying our products. Eco Solutions Group (www.ecosolutionsgroup.com) distributes IGG products in the USA and several foreign countries.

The Sands Expo show is the world's premier exposition and most comprehensive trade show for all professionals involved with the shooting sports, hunting and law enforcement industries. The show attracts buyers from all 50 states and more than 100 countries.

The new product lines developed by Green Star for and with Eco Solutions Group include specialty performance enhancing weapons lubricants for the outdoor, shooting and tactical markets. There are currently formulas for Original, Black Powder, Tactical and a true grease product (called True Grease). Reel Slick, a fishing reel product, will be released shortly. The IGG line has a special HD lens cleaner called ClearView for scopes and optics which is produced by Universal Cleaner and Protectant company (19% owned by Green Star).

In 2012, our coatings product line and other TVT products are being tested around the world and we expect orders very soon.

Green Star has also been asked to submit proposals for alternative energy technologies by several international companies in the areas of biofuels and algae production for biodiesel and energy related technologies.
