GVIC Announces Completion of Real Estate Transaction
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sep 8, 2014) - GVIC Communications Corp. (GCT.TO) ("GVIC" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed the sale of the Company's property and building in Kamloops, B.C. for $4.8 million. The funds from this sale were used to pay down the Company's senior debt facility.
Shares in GVIC are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GCT.
