MELVILLE, N.Y. (AP) -- Dental products maker Henry Schein Inc. on Friday said it has appointed Carol Raphael to its board of directors.
The company said Raphael joined the board on Wednesday. She was the president and CEO of Visiting Nurse Service of New York from 1989 to 2011 and is an advanced leadership fellow at Harvard University. Raphael, 70, was also a member of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Medicaid redesign team.
Including Raphael, the board has 14 members.
