Mobile Engagement Platform Enhances Customer Relationships for One of Nation's Largest Steak-Buffet Restaurant Companies

Hipcricket will develop campaigns to attract new fans for Old Country Buffet®, Ryan's®, HomeTown® Buffet, Fire Mountain® and Country Buffet® (collectively "Buffets, Inc.").

Hipcricket will design and develop mobile marketing campaigns for the nationwide restaurant chains segmented by customer location and the restaurant brand. Additionally, Buffets, Inc. will use Hipcricket's cloud-based AD LIFE® platform to build and manage its mobile Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Crave Connection(SM)program. This member rewards program offers targeted deals, discounts and special offers sent straight to members' phones or e-mail.
