(TSX: HEG.TO - News) ("Homeland" or the "Company") wishes to advise that there has been a delay in the filing of its audited financial statements, MD&A and AIF for the year ended December 31, 2011 (the "Financial Disclosure") which were due to be filed on or before March 30, 2012 pursuant to relevant securities laws. The delay has resulted from transition issues arising from the Company's change of auditor earlier this year.
