NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hornblower Hybrid, America’s most eco-friendly luxury vessel, celebrates Valentine’s Day with Dinner Cruises on Saturday, Feb. 11, and Tuesday, Feb. 14. Both three-hour yacht cruises feature a four-course seated dinner with gourmet cuisine, entertainment, dancing and a complimentary sparkling wine with dessert. The cruise will depart from Pier 40 and boarding will start at 6 p.m., while the cruise sets sail at 7 p.m. and returns to Pier 40 at 10 p.m.
Set against the backdrop of the romantic New York Harbor surroundings, the Hybrid’s two indoor decks with oversized windows create an idyllic ambiance to celebrate the romantic holiday. Guests can also appreciate the vessel’s sustainable setting, which includes intimate low voltage LED mood lighting and Vetrazzo countertops made of recycled glass. These elements create a contemporary look, and further reduce energy consumption.

The entrée features petite filet mignon with red wine demi-glace and shrimp stuffed with crab. The evening concludes with a decadent chocolate and passion fruit dessert with additional culinary options available for the four-course dinner.
