Hewlett-Packard's (HPQ) annual shareholder meeting, scheduled for tonight, may be controversial as several board members' reelections face opposition from various investor groups, says the Wall Street Journal. The Journal also points out that Hewlett-Packard's acquisition of Autonomy will be a focus, noting Autonomy's founder sent an open letter to HP's board demanding information and again denying allegations made against his company's former management.
