HMI's cross-network team, dubbed "Team Frontier," will be responsible for the broadband company's brand integrated marketing strategy with the goal of acquiring, retaining and winning back customers and building brand loyalty in residential and commercial markets. HMI's CatapultRPM will serve as the "portal" agency for the business, and the scope of work includes TV, print, digital and direct marketing.

Under the direction of Chief Marketing Officer, Craig Coffey, Frontier has reset its marketing objectives and organizational structure around a brand response marketing approach that emphasizes brand positioning and differentiation, market segmentation, consumer insights and analytics, and customer retention and winback programs.
