Carl Icahn told investors and others that he has taken a stake in Herbalife (HLF), with one investor saying Icahn took a "small" position in the company after Bill Ackman's disclosure of a large short position last month, according to a Wall Street Journal report. The report notes that it is unclear how large the stake is or if Icahn still owns the stake.
