"I'm thrilled to be joining imortgage as the company's first branch manager in the Atlanta-area," said Dan Quinnelly. "The team of imortgage loan officers who will be joining me at the branch are all passionate about helping real estate professionals and home buyers with their needs as they provide in-house end-to-end loan solutions.

To celebrate the grand opening of the new Atlanta imortgage branch, imortgage hosted a grand opening event at the new branch office located at 115 Perimeter Center Pl., Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30346. The event was attended by more than 120 local realtors who benefited from a complimentary continuing education course on appraisals; the course was followed by a reception including a presentation by Steve Palm of Smart Numbers LLC on Economic and Housing Trends.

"We're thrilled to be opening our new imortgage Atlanta branch that will enable us to provide the community with an important lending service and award-winning customer service levels that will help professionals and their buyers with the home buying needs. Eliant, the building industry's leading provider of Customer Service solutions, has ranked imortgage #1 in a list of all the major lenders evaluated by their study," said Quinnelly. Quinnelly went on to say "imortgage looks to fill the void where big banks as well as smaller lenders may be unable to meet the needs of Atlanta area consumers."

imortgage is optimistic about the opportunity in the Atlanta area. The Atlanta market is on the upswing, recent reporting of median home sales prices increased 10.1% from one year ago, and average price per sq. foot up 5.1% from this time last year.[1]
