In China, the average price of imported cars in April declined 3.4% from a year earlier, the most in five months, according to the China's National Development and Reform Commission, as the government pushes to rein in lavish spending by public servants, reports Bloomberg. That compares with the 0.2% increase for locally made passenger vehicles.
