India might lift restrictions for foreign online retailers, Reuters says

India might permit world-wide global online retailers such as Amazon (AMZN), eBay (EBAY), Google (GOOG) and Wal-Mart (WNT) to sell their own products as early as this coming July, removing restraints that have held back competition in one of the world's largest, and most price-sensitive, retail markets, according to Reuters, citing spokespeople for Amazon and eBay.
