Infosys faces political risk over visa issues, says Wells Fargo

After a former Infosys employee filed a lawsuit accusing the company of misusing short-term visas just as another similar accusation by a different employee is scheduled to go to trial later this month, Well Fargo believes that, in a worst case scenario, Congress could pass a law restricting the employment of foreign nationals in the U.S. The firm notes that this would likely increase the costs of Infosys and its peers, and the firm maintains a Market Perform rating on Infosys.
