This episode features attorney Charles C. Lemley, a partner in the professional liability insurance practice with the law firm Wiley Rein LLP in Washington, DC. He is also chair of the firm’s diversity committee. Mr. Lemley represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on professional liability coverage and malpractice litigation in federal and state courts, and has experience in bench and jury trials.
