Wall Street started the day in the red. All three major averages were sharply lower in early trading following a decline in overseas markets and a drop in the dollar as investors grow skeptical that President Trump will be able pass legislative reforms.

Trump senior advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner will reportedly lead a new White House Office of American Innovation aimed at overhauling the federal bureaucracy using ideas from the business world. Reports say the office—set to be announced today—will focus on technology and data and work with business leaders including Tesla (TSLA) boss Elon Musk, Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook and Microsoft (MSFT) founder Bill Gates.

Uber’s latest negative news
Uber this weekend stopped testing autonomous vehicles after one of its cars had an accident in Arizona. There were no serious injuries, and authorities say the Uber vehicle was not responsible for the accident. But the ride-hailing company is pulling self-drivIng cars from Pittsburgh, Tempe and California while it investigates the incident.

Fearless Girl stands her ground
There’s an ongoing debate over the statue of the brave girl standing up to the iconic bronze bull near the New York Stock Exchange.
