SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire -01/30/12)- Isaac Capital Group ("ICG"), the private equity division of Isaac Organization, announced today that it has acquired a stake in LiveDeal, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIVE - News), a provider of web-based customer acquisition and related products for small, local businesses. LiveDeal recently raised $2 million in equity, which demonstrated its compliance with NASDAQ's minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million. The transaction closed on December 12, 2011.
