ITC Schedules First Quarter 2014 Earnings Release and Webcast

NOVI, Mich., April 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (ITC) today announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014 before the market opens on May 1, 2014.

In addition, ITC will conduct a webcast and conference call on May 1 at 11 a.m. Eastern.  Joseph L. Welch, chairman, president and CEO, and Cameron M. Bready, executive vice president and CFO, will discuss the financial results.
