TOKYO, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Japanese Economics Minister Akira Amari said on Thursday that consumer spending and exports are slowing somewhat but that sentiment remains strong due to the government's reflationary policies.

Amari, speaking to reporters, also said he expects the economy to gain more momentum after the government's economic stimulus package, which it will finalise in early December.
