MILWAUKEE, May 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI), a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per common share. The dividend is payable July 2, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2013.
Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
