MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Journal Broadcast Group, a subsidiary of Journal Communications, Inc. (JRN), today announced the sale of WKTI-AM in Knoxville, Tennessee to Tennessee-based WMCH Radio, Inc., a religious format broadcaster. Terms were not disclosed. WMCH intends to change the call letters to WWAM-AM.

Journal Broadcast Group owns three other radio stations in Knoxville, Tennessee including WCYQ-FM Q93 (Country), WWST-FM Star 102.1 (Contemporary), and WKHT-FM Hot 104.5 (Contemporary).
